The landlords and apartment communities pay for our service. There are no upfront cost or hidden fees, similar to when a buyer purchases a home, the seller pays the commissions.
Do We Get the Same Specials?
Yes. In fact, in some cases, there are locator specials. We pass along those savings to you. In many cases, we can help you waive deposits, as well.
How Long Does the Process Take?
When you come to the office, it takes approximately 20 minutes to an hour to find what you're looking for. The real answer to this question is: As long as it takes to help you find your new place. Two hours with us can save you 2 weeks of looking because we leave no stone unturned.
